A Look at a Friday Night Accident

A Middletown man was involved in the accident in which an SUV overturned.

An SUV overturned in a Friday night accident at Bridge Avenue and West Front Street, Red Bank.

The occupants of an overturned SUV involved in a Friday night three-car accident at Bridge Avenue and West Front Street in Red Bank extricated themselves unscathed.

Police reported that the accident occurred when a vehicle being driven by Robert Siemer, of the Belford section of Middletown, and a vehcile driven by Forked River resident Theresa Hartigan collided. 

Hartigan's vehicle, a small SUV, overturned and collided with third car, driven by South Amboy resident Tailu Hassan, Red Bank Police Capt. Darren McConnell said. 

No one was injured and no charges have been filed yet.

The accident is being investigated by Sgt. Michael Furlong of the department’s Traffic Safety Bureau.
