Arresting Update from Middletown PD

The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

 

Middletown police arrested the following people on various charges:

Brandon Fenton, 21, of Chestnut Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on April 6, by Patrolman James Beirne, and charged with harassment.

He was released pending a court date.

Steven Nalbach, 51, of Hamilton Avenue, in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on April 5, by Patrolman Ryan Riffert, and charged with obstructing a public passage.

He was released pending a court date.

Edward Cooney, 25, of Beachway Avenue, Keansburg, was arrested on April 4, by patrolmen Keith Hirschbein and Brian McGrogan of the Quality of Life Unit, and charged with Loitering with the Intent to purchase a controlled dangerous substance, a contempt of court warrant issued by the Eatontown Municipal Court and on a violation of parole warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.

He was held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold, on $25,600 bail.
