Arresting Update from Middletown PD
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
Middletown police arrested the following people recently on various charges:
• Thomas Emerson, 33, of Grove Place, Keansburg, was arrested on Feb. 3, by Sgt. First Class William Colangelo and charged with harassment.
He was released pending a court date.
• Vincent Burger, 20, of Rose Street, in the Lincroft section of Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 2, by Officer Lisa Vreeland, and charged with for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released pending a court date.
• Dylan Harbachuk, 20, of Woodland Terrace, in the Lincroft section of Middletown, was arrested, by Officer Lisa Vreeland, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.
He was released pending a court date.
• Cooper Lewis, 19, of Cherry Street, Tinton Falls, was arrested on Feb. 2, by Patrolman Michael Pintilie, and charged with for simple assault.
He was released pending a court date.
