Grand Jury Indicts Three Middletown Residents On Charges

The charges include possession of illegal drugs, including methalone.

A grand jury has weighed evidence and decided that three Middletown residents should stand trial on various charges.

Amanda Wenninger, 23, of Main Street in Port Monmouth and Sean Dickey, 40, of Daniel Drive were indicted Wednesday on a charge of possessing "heroin and/or cocaine" on May 17, 2012.

Kyle Clayton, 20 of Ironwood Court was indicted on Jan. 3 on three charges dating to July 20 and 21 at Ogden Court: that he threatened to kill another person, that he knowingly used criminal restraint and exposed the person to risk of bodily injury, and that he was in possession of methalone, an illegal drug.

All are facing third degree crimes, which carry the potential for 3-5 years in prison if convicted.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

they wont even do the 3-5 years...glad the names are getting out there and arrests are being made...just need convictions and assigned jail time to stick...judicial system sucks and makes all the officers who worked hard on getting these losers off the street feel like they been slapped in the face
