All of these positions are full-time. Why is the company hiring so many people? They recruit for these positions on an on-going basis in order to create a pool of potential candidates for when a position opens up. My daughter-in-law spent 55 minutes on line to apply for a job at Babies R Us answering redundant questions. Within 30 seconds after completing the application, she received a turn-down notice. The same thing happened to my son last year when he applied to Toys R Us. Don't even bother with these 2 stores or any store that makes you complete an application taking more than a few minutes. Any business can tell a lot about you by asking a few simple questions. If they need to know more, they can send you a follow-up e-mail saying that you meet the basic requirements of the job but they need to ask a few more questions. It's not like these jobs much more than minimum wage that anyone needs to spend almost almost an hour completing an application just to be turned down 30 seconds later.
