Middletown Police Blotter: August 30 - Sept. 3

Police arrests include DWI, shoplifting from Target, robbery and assault.

 

Information as released by the Middletown Police Dept. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Kyle Clayton, 20, from Ironwood Court in Middletown, was arrested on August 30 by Ptl. Ian May for Violation of a Court Order. He was released after posting $5,000 bail set by Judge Richard English.

Sheila Martinez, 55, from Holmdel Road in Holmdel, was arrested on August 31 by Ptl. Anthony Gigante for Driving While Intoxicated. She was released pending a court date.

Marisa Massarotti, 24, from Monmouth Ave. in Port Monmouth, was arrested on August 31 by Ptl. Raymond Sofield for Driving While Intoxicated. She was released pending a court date. 

Anthony Henshaw, 23, from West Susan Street in Hazlet, was arrested on August 31 by Ptl. Brady Carr for Shoplifting from the Target Store. He was released pending a court date. 

On August 30 Ptl. Raymond Sofield was arrested a 14 year old male juvenile from Middletown for Robbery. He was released pending a court date.

Charles Oberle, 43, from Bedle Road in Hazlet, was arrested on September 2 by Police Officer Larisa Doriety for Simple Assault. He was held on $2,500 bail.

Craig Espeseth, 43, from South Saint Asaph Street in Alexandria, VA, was arrested on September 2 by Ptl. Albert Scott for Driving While Intoxicated and Assault by Auto. He was held on $5,000 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson. 

On August 30 Ptl. Brady Carr was arrested a 17 year old female juvenile from Belford, for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. She was released pending a court date.

Angel Santiago, 26, from Crooks Ave. in Paterson, was arrested on September 2 by Ptl. Greg Buhowski on a Non-Support warrant issued by the Passaic County Superior Court. He was held on bail.

Contempt of Court, Warrants

Steven Szot, 35, from Kimberly Court in Red Bank,was arrested on August 30 by Ptl. Michael Pintilie on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500 bail.

Gabrielle Luludis, 25, from Clubhouse Drive in Middletown was arrested on August 30 by Sergeant Paul Bailey on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Paramus Municipal Court. She was released after posting $81 bail.

Frank Hemberger, 45, from Melrose Place in Middletown, was arrested on August 30 by Ptl. James Beirne and Ptl. Adam Colfer of the Quality of Life Unit on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court. He was held on $2,500 bail.

Patrick O’Dwyer, 22, from Portia Street in South Amboy, was arrested on August 31 by Ptl. Albert Scott on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $1,000 bail.

George Echevarria, 20, from Monmouth Parkway in Middletown, was arrested on August 31 by Ptl. Richard Fulham on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Long Branch Municipal Court. He was held on $707 bail. 

Andre Hill, 31, from Clark Street in Rahway, was arrested on September 1 by Ptl. Michael Nolan on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $1,000 bail. 

Christopher Ronan, 27, from Kimberly Court in Red Bank, was arrested on September 1 by Police Office Larissa Doriety on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Atlantic Highlands Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250 bail.

Paul Vanderstar, 23, from Cresci Boulevard in Hazlet, was arrested on September 3 by Ptl. Lawrence Seymour on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Red Bank Municipal Court. He was held on $203 bail.

Kevin Wines, 18, from Main Street in Sayreville,was arrested on September 3 by Ptl. Brady Carr on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250 bail.

Anthony Rivera, 27, from West Front Street in Red Bank,was arrested on September 3 by Ptl. Michael Reuter on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Loch Arbor, Ocean and the Farmingdale Municipal Courts. He was released on his own recognizance.

Thomas Gingerelli, 26, from Lorraine Place in Middletown, was arrested on September 3 by Ptl. Adam Vendetti for Shoplifting from the Sears Store and on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $2,500 bail.

Sarah Felicio, 20, from Main Street in Keansburg,was arrested on September 4 by Cpl. Cliff O’Hara on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Highlands Municipal Court. She was held on $164.00.

14 year olds robbing houses and getting no discipline because they are minors is completely ridiculous. If they are robbing houses at 14 and getting away with it what kind of people are they going to become as adults? It's a shame what's happening to this town..

This is out of line!!! These boys need discipline it is old now how they are under age and they have rights. I have rights as a citizen and a tax payer who might I add spends lots of money on taxes and I live here for a better life and nice area.. Stop letting these punks rule this dame town because it will fall apart just like every other town in NY but the difference is NY you don't pay these kind of TAXES!! PLEASE HELP KEEP OUR COMMUNITY REF RAF FREE!! VERY CONCERNED
