Tuesday, Sept. 4

8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Brookdale Community College Convocation at the Collins arena. 

6:30 p.m. Graduate Admissions: What to Expect. At the Middletown Library. 

Cancelled: The Township Committee Workshop Meeting, and it has been rescheduled for Thursday. 

 

Wednesday, Sept. 5 

Back to School at Oak Hill Academy, Lincroft. 

11:00 a.m. - noon: Using eBay, understanding how to sell and use Paypal. At the Middletown Library. 

6:30 p.m. Middletown Township Planning Board

7:30 p.m. The Community Affairs Council meets at Town Hall

Thursday, Sept. 6

Back to School for Brookdale students registered for Fall 15-week classes. 

10:00 a.m. - noon:  Neighbors-helping-Neighbors at the Middletown Library

1:00 p.m. "The History of Earle." Captain Harrison will give a talk and show slides at the Senior Center.  

8:00 p.m. Middletown Township Committee Workshop Meeting

 

Friday, Sept. 7

Back to school at Christian Brothers Academy, Lincroft. 

8:00 a.m. Middletown Business Association Weekly Breakfast at the New Monmouth Diner. 

4:30 - 5:30 p.m.: Miss Sherri Cool Kids Concert at Middletown Arts Center

Saturday, Sept. 8

10 a.m. - 4 p.m.: Giant Outdoor Flea Market in Atlantic Highlands at the Marina. Want to sell? Spaces are $25 each. Read more here. 

10 a.m. - 4 p.m.: Paddle the Navesink Day, Maple Cove (foot of Maple Avenue), Red Bank. Free. Kids crafts, seining, touch tank, fish printing & more. Monmouth Boat Club will be giving free sailboat rides and offer free hamburgers & hot dogs.

12:30 - 2:30 p.m. Rumplestiltskin: The Little Golden Dwarf at the Paper Moon Puppet Theatre in Atlantic Highlands. 

12:30 p.m. Jersey Shore Rose Society Rose Show at Deep Cut Gardens.

SPUR Volunteer Workshop - Special People United to Ride workshop will be held at the Sunnyside Equestrian Center, Lincroft.  Pre-registration and a $16 fee are required; please call (732) 842-4000, ext. 1, to register (#V2124A).
