UPDATE: Fourth Port Monmouth Man Accused of Sexual Assault

A fourth Port Monmouth man has been arrested by Middletown Police on charges of sexual assault.
On Thursday July 19, Middletown Police arrested Thomas Nole, 26, of 6 Renfrew Place on charges of allegedly committing "aggravated sexual assault by sexual penetration" upon an incoherent female adult "while aided or abetted by one or more other persons and victim was one who defendant knew or should have known was physically helpless. The date of the alleged incident was Tuesday, July 17.
Nole allegedly conspired with Jonathan A. Hill, 23, of 615 Park Avenue, Ronnie Kimball, 22, of 20 Main Street, and Joseph Uriarte, 28, of 784 Port Monmouth Road to commit the offense.
On Wednesday July 18, Middletown Police arrested Hill, Kimball and Uriarte on charges they allegedly committed "aggravated sexual assault by sexual penetration" upon an incoherent female adult "while aided or abetted by one or more other persons and victim was one who defendant knew or should have known was physically helpless."
Sexual assault and conspiracy are second degree crimes and are indictable offenses. The case has been forwarded to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office for review.
The men are currently being held at the Monmouth County Jail in Freehold. Judge Ronald Reisner set bail at $200,000 bail, with no ten percent option. An August 20 court date has been set.
Kimball is also being held on an Ocean County warrant of $6,277 for "willful non-support."

Disgusting....not a trend I like seeing around here..Seems more and more reports of sexual assault/rape ect lately in this area....Unreal....

Agreed. And these crimes seem to be perpetrated by 16-24 y/o's on average. In other words, Middletowns young.

This victim was dumb enough to hang around a pack of losers all night drinking, and doing other stuff. Everyone involved, victim included, is a low-life loser.
This story is also highly inaccurate. The fourth man was not arrested at the time this story was posted. It was a bad police tactic to make it look like they are doing work, or getting things done.
