The third annual walk with Kevin Kret is tonight, August 7 at 6:30 p.m. at Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft.

Kevin Kret, 22, a resident of Middletown, had a skateboard accident and has remained in a coma for the past three years. 

This year's theme is: "We Still Believe - Walk the Walk with Kevin Kret"

This walk raises money for IBRF (International Brain Research Foundation) and goes directly to help Kret in therapies that are not covered by insurance.

Kevin's progress continues through the support of the public and treatment with the International Brain Research Foundation (IBRF), according to the event's Facebook page.

IBRF is a non-profit 501(c)3 that seeks to accelerate the development of brain cures and improve the quality of life and functioning of brain impared individuals.
