Although I'm no fan of Obama .I'm counting on him getting reelected .It will speed up the race to the bottom As Obama has had a unprecedented buildup of debt, he shows,us all can only lead to one outcome: a bigger drop in Americans' standard of living. In reality this is what's keeping inflation in check ,wages are decreasing hence lower consumption . We must hit bottom first before we can ever see any uptick the real trick here is to keep the general populace uninformed and "numb" which Obama seems to have accomplished with the help of his controlled media .The longer this plays out the more pain for us all ......look at Greenland they bit the bullet let the bankers fail and are now well on the way to recovery .I say stick with what we know will bring over the cliff the fastest ,and get on with our lives

Romney should ask the guns Obama had shipped to Mexico that resulted in the murder of U.S. federal agents and thousands of Mexican citizens.

Anyone voting for Obama are nothing more than Socialist themselves.
George Clark
10:44 am on Tuesday, October 2, 2012
What is a socialist again? I don't think I've ever seen one. Is a socialist some one who lives in a society of people concerned almost as much with the whole society's health, prosperity and the actuall finding happiness in it, then just pursuing it for themselves alone? Again I say, turn to the primitive societies that still exist in this modern world for answers. that is common sense evolution. We think we are going forward but are stepping back.

George Clark -- If you believe that Americans should be punished for being successful, then you want to vote for the tax-and-spend Obama and his cronies.

Who said anything about punishing anybody? Who's punishing whom, is a question we seem to be asking ourselves as we judge one another. I'm asking people to rethink our direction and I'm not talking about "obama's socialist liberal horde" so many judge radical because they don't believe in the republicans course and vice versa. John, i know the dumb, lazy and weak deserve less because they aren't worthy of more. But they too have the right to judge upward as is always gonna happen when judging starts in the first place. See my question above? Answer them now that I've answer yours. pls.

"Money! Money! money!." was what the young "native and primitive" Panamaiian <spell check pls> boys and girls were screaming from their hand carved tree canoes. . I was on a cruise near Panama Canal and they were capitalizing on the lucrative beg diving as passengers through coins to watch them dive deep in the clear water. It was like a little Gilligans Island complete with parrots, pigs and chicken, grass huts and all. No need for much clothing tempurate was great. I stayed to long jokingly trying to buy a kids parrot. he wouldn't sell at any price. lol. So I missed my ferry boat back. I hired a local tree with motor of course to take me back to ship. As I appraoched the ship I too began to yell "Money money money" lol. Didn't dive tho. Their was a rough life but I dreamt of trying it out. Seemed nice to me in a dream I suppose.

A socialist agenda, George Clark, is championed primarily by the "Democrats" seeks to replace personal resposibility/accountability with an armed, tyrannical nanny state.
I don't like it. I don't want it.

John, would there be something wrong with a large group of people demanding real change from not only it's government but those big biz tycoon tyrants that buy or lobby our voices out of all these unjust things going on? Billions to oil? No real regulation or accountabliity in wall street and banks that play with your or our pension money where the crooked house always wins if we do or not and even more if we dont win because of their cheating? Our water, air and even the global world wide because we can't or won't get off the teat of oils strong arm tactics and virtual monopoly and all transportation so those with might with pen after sword can reap a toxic harvest upon us all? think we are acting childish and irresponsable if we continue to allow these things to go unchecked, because we turn selfish, unconcerned or bribed eye to all this? Nuts with nukes and big bio wmds for sale to highest bidder we better control what types, aka alqadah and mexico cartels, get such power with their ill gotten gains. lots to fix nobody cares.

President Obama, each of your 4 years the annual budget deficit has topped $1 trillion and the national debt has grown some $7 trillion since you took office. In 2012 the spending is $3.7 trillion and according to your official budget document, revenues in 2017 will be $3.7. Will you and congress hold all spending flat until revenues equal expenses as shown in your budget?
If not, why should we reelect you, someone who railed against the debt and its burden, yet you have nearly doubled it with no end in sight. Our children's future depends on no debt. Will you promise to not grow the debt any more??

John J you know what I cant figure out is if Obamacare is such a good idea, why are my costs going up and why is Obama exempting thousands of unions from the law? I really believe the whole purpose was to get more votes same as allowing illegals to vote and get benefits etc.

maybe the insurance ceos see their hay day going away and are cashing in while they can before obamacare cripples their ill gotten gains? dah, make sense? Just in case you geniuses didn't notice, healthcare and the especially the insurance side of it has made all your premiums skyrocketing well before obamacare. dah, think it won't keep doing that if you give insurance companies free reign to extort us all? you people seem extremely simple minded, if this simpliton does say so himself. It's like the days of old when some mob goon would walk into a store and sell the owner "insurance" against catostraphic unforseen damages. Why do we even need insurance companies anyway? To tell us how much doctors cost and add their own costs almost as high if not higher then service itself? Wake up. See the light.

Here are some good questions
http://www.usatoday.com/story/opinion/2012/10/02/presidential-debate-obama-economy/1609445/
•You've repeatedly proposed to raise taxes on those making more than $250,000 a year while leaving the Bush tax cuts in place for everyone else. Soaking the rich might be good politics, but non-partisan tax and budget experts agree it won't come close to producing the revenue the nation needs. That will require far more people to share the burden, including some of the nearly half of Americans who pay no federal income tax. Where do you plan to get the rest of the money? •You promised early in your presidency to cut the federal deficit in half, but your latest budget, the one for fiscal 2013, misses by about $200 billion. The deficit for the fiscal year that ended on Sunday topped $1 trillion for the fourth year in a row.•You have said that Social Security doesn't contribute to the deficit now. But Congressional Budget Office numbers show the program has been in the red since 2010 and is on track to borrow half a trillion dollars over the next decade
