Visiting Nurse Association Health Group will be hosting a Day of Health in support of our Middletown neighbors on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at the Port Monmouth Fire House located at 125 Main Street, Port Monmouth, NJ from 10 am – 3 pm. VNA Health Group will be giving free health screenings, health counseling, medication review, support groups, FREE Flu Shots for adults and children, relaxation therapy, primary healthcare referrals and appointments, education and resource information, and refreshments.
