365 Fitness & Middletown Martial Arts located at 205 Harmony Road, Middletown NJ.

New Jersey’s Premiere Fitness & Wellness Center for the whole family, is working to help restore our community and the shore. Our fitness home will become a place to bring donations, volunteer, and an escape from the hardships many in our area are facing.

ALL Are Welcome - We are opening our doors to friends, families, out of state workers, and members of our community in need! 365 Fitness is providing complimentary day passes, hot showers, towels, and a place to get back to health & fitness. So pass the word on to anyone you know!

In addition, we are offering activities for the children of our community to participate in for the remainder of November for FREE for non-members!

• Martial Arts Classes- Lil Dragons (ages 3-5), kids (ages 6-12), and teens (ages 13-16)
• Family Swim- Saturday & Sunday 12 PM - 2 PM

We're all in this together -  We are currently accepting donations for members of our community in need. We are accepting the following:  jackets, sweaters,  hoodies, gloves, hats , toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, tooth brushes, tooth paste, feminine hygiene, toilet paper, deodorant), shoes, socks , blankets , baby supplies , towels , unused undergarments , batteries , cleaning supplies, water, non-perishable food , plastic utensils , school supplies , and animal food and supplies.
