This dynamic duo is all about having fun during workouts! Gino & Angela Salveo will lead you and your friend or partner in an exciting and effective CrossFit partner class.

CrossFit training is known for high intensity, power-based exercises; so get ready to get out of the routine and feel the rush of the WOD.

This class is open to all participants from athletes to those beginning exercise, but make sure that you’re both on similar exercise levels so everyone is training with the right exercise intensity and variation.
