DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;Center Playhouse has been filled with the sounds of gi
ggling and chatting about dating\, men\, and buying secondhand furs. Pas
sers by thought they were listening to a bunch of gal pals in their earl
y 30s but upon entering they stumble upon rehearsals for&nbsp\;The Cemet
ery Club&nbsp\;which is led by Middletown resident\, Bill Lee\, who has
been seen in a number of Center Players' shows but most notably as Morri
e Schwartz in Tuesdays with Morrie which earned Mr. Lee a Perry Award no
mination for Best Lead Actor in a Play this year through the NJACT organ
ization.\n&nbsp\;The Center Players' current production launches their 2
012/13 season\, which opens on October 26th&nbsp\;and runs through Novem

o visit their husband's graves. Ida is sweet tempered and ready to begin
a new life\, Lucille is a feisty embodiment of the girl who just wants
to have fun\, and Doris is priggish and judgmental. While their personal
ities suggest differently\, their bonds are strong after years of triple
dating on cruises\, leaning on one another for support when times grew
dark\, and now\, visiting their husbands at the cemetery. But what happe
ns when Sam\, an attractive kind butcher enters the scene and meets the
ladies while visiting his wife at the cemetery?&nbsp\;The Cemetery Club&
nbsp\;touches upon a multitude of emotions\, and is sure to make an audi
ence giggle\, as well as connect and relate to the situations these wome
n are going through&rdquo\; says director Bernice Garfield-Szita of Mana
lapan. Doesn&rsquo\;t everyone deserve a second chance? Does grieving ev
er end? Who better to stumble through these questions with then the ladi
