Author Examines Ideas from the Garden State at Middletown Library

Program begins Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Learn about the many inventions (including some you probably use daily) that were conceived right here in New Jersey. 

Author Linda Barth will lecture and read from her book “The Garden State: Where Ideas Grow” in the Middletown library's Community Room at 7 p.m. Wednesday. 

Among the inventions from our state are movies, color television, ice cream cones, and the modern submarine, according to the library.
