Library Gives Thanks to Exiting Volunteers

Celebration will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday

Middletown's library will celebrate the service of three volunteers who are moving on from their teaching positions at the organization.

Paul and David Auer, who provided computer instruction, and John Corbett, a QuickBooks teacher, will be recognized with a 2 p.m. celebration Tuesday in the library's Community Room.

The trio have given years of service to the patrons, according to a post on the library's website

The Auers are moving out of state and Corbett will be scaling back his teaching schedule, according to the library.

"So we want to say thank you for their years of service, so-long and good luck!" reads a posting on the library's website.  "So please stop by on Tuesday and say thank you to our most generous volunteers!"
