Revised Four Ponds Denial Resolution Expected Wednesday

Controversial application was denied by planners

A new resolution of denial for the proposed Four Ponds development is expected to be received and approved by Middletown Planning Board members following a special meeting last week.

The regular meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in Town Hall. 

Planning board members were ordered by a state Superior Court judge last week to clarify their initial denial of the controversial 342-unit apartment complex proposed for Lincroft. 

The board is also scheduled to continue consideration of an American Properties at Middletown application for a townhome complex off of Taylor Lane, according to the agenda
