A Sandy Fraud Task Force is scheduled to host a Tuesday clinic in Port Monmouth, officials announced.
Monmouth County officials will be joined by Volunteer Lawyers for Justice at the Bayshore Activity Center (Seabrook-Wilson House), 719 Port Monmouth Rd. from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., according to Acting Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
Attorneys from Volunteer Lawyers for Justice’s Disaster Legal Response Program will be available to consult with locals and provide free legal advice. Those needing further assistance may be referred to volunteer outside counsel—organizers note financial eligibility requirements apply.
Also scheduled to attend are the Monmouth County Department of Consumer Affairs, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Internal Revenue Service, New Jersey Division of Taxation, Department of Homeland Security and other agencies.
