A Veterans Job Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26, at Brookdale Community College, Lincroft, in the Brookdale Recreation Event Center. The event is open to all veterans and their friends and families. Featured will be workshops on starting a small business and applying for small business loans, health care screenings and information on the Veterans Education Assistance Program (VRAP). The fair is sponsored by the Jersey Shore Jewish War Veterans Post 125, Monmouth County One Stop Career Center in Neptune, the Monmouth County Workforce Investment Board and the New Jersey Small Business Development Center (NJSBDC) at Brookdale Community College. Visitors should park in Lot 6 or 7.
