LUNCH BREAK OFFERS FREE TAX PREP AND E-FILE
FOR LOW AND MIDDLE INCOME WORKERS

This tax preparation will be offered March 7 and March 28, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. at Lunch Break, at Drs. James Parker Blvd, in Red Bank. To be eligible you must come from a household without dependent children and earn $30,000 or less, OR come from a household with up to three children and earn $52,000 or less, OR come from a household with more than three children (just add $10,000 more per child to what you earn). No appointment is needed.

Please bring the following with you:
Valid driver’s license or photo ID (self and spouse, if applicable)
Copy of last year’s return, if available
Social Security cards for everyone in the family on the tax return, and/or a Social Security Number verification letter from the Social Security Administration
Birth dates for you, your spouse, and any children on your tax return
All income statements: Forms W-2, Social Security, Unemployment or other benefits statements, self-employment records, and any documents that show any taxes withheld
Interest and dividend statements (Form 1099)
Dependent child care information, if any. Include the same, address and Social Security Number or TIN for who you pay for child care
Student loan interest payments, tuition, 1098-T for any college expenses for you or your dependents
Copy of 2013 property tax bill (homeowners), mortgage payments, 1098 with home mortgage interest, OR rent receipts for 2013 signed by your landlord
1099 forms from any pensions, annuities, Social Security or Railroad Retirement Benefits
A check that shows your Bank Routing Numbers and Account Numbers for Direct Deposit (if applicable)
If you’re filing a joint return electronically, both spouses must be present to sign the forms
And, bring any other pertinent documents or papers
