The wants you to know what's going on with the organization and what's been accomplished in the past year.

Entering its third year of service, the has made ‘great waves’ in positioning its quaint, coastal neighborhood as an up-and-coming community to watch.  Boasting its largest number of officers yet, the IBCA swore in nine Trustees and Officers at its January regular meeting and presented its 2012 Plan, Event Schedule, and Budget for the year.  “We are launching our best year yet," IBCA President Kathy Grano said.

The IBCA has grown in numbers and in stature each year since its inception.  New in 2011 was the startup of the community’s , operated with support from the Middletown police department. 

The program has functioned so well that it has become the go-to Neighborhood Watch Program and now gets calls from other neighborhoods throughout who are interested in starting their own Watch programs.

One thing is for sure, if you want it done well and done with dedication, the is the community organization that will get it done. Check out the IBCA Web site, www.myidealbeach.org, and click on the "achievements" tab to see all of the organization's accomplishments since inception.

This year will see even more exciting changes and improvements in the community as the IBCA continues to collaborate with the township and the County to follow through with a grant from the 2010 Monmouth County Open Space Trust Fund. 

Phase 1 of three phases will commence this year with changes to the parking lot of including improved traffic flow, better lighting, and aesthetic enhancements that reflect and support the coastal setting.

There is no doubt that this year is going to be a year of great change for the neighborhood of Ideal Beach. 

The IBCA is proud of the relationship it has built within the community as well as with the township, the county, and with many fine businesses that continue to support the organization’s mission.  

A solid foundation has been laid, and a year of great change is unfolding. 

The IBCA is definitely launching its best year yet, so keep an eye on this vibrant coastal neighborhood. If you blink, you may miss something exciting.
