Home Run: The Price is Right in M'town

Hunting for open house listings offered at just the right price

Real estate blogger Philip Von Schondorf, whose blogs appear on Patch, is kind enough to post pricing and sales statistics for the Middletown area each month. The latest figures show that the 50 houses that were sold in June went for an average price of $476,531.  

Von Schondorf commented that houses “priced correctly” are selling. 

This week’s House Hunt used Realtor.com, to source the pictures and real estate details above, and we chose prices mostly below the average sold price in June, to see if you can determine if the open house is correctly priced. Naturally, it’s your checkbook that would decide that.
