Korean Cultural Day

The Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project will host a Korean Cultural Day at the Middletown Township Public Library from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Community Room.

There will be a documentary film screening of “Fifty Wonders of Korea” and “Korea Today," introducing the 5,000-year-long history of Korean artistic legacies and the extent of Korea’s modern development.

In between films will be a reenactment of a traditional Korean wedding ceremony.

After the films, a traditional Korean meal will be served free of charge.

Tickets will be required to enter this event. Please register online starting Oct. 31. You must have a MTPL Library card, and there is a 6-ticket limit.

You can pick up the tickets during normal library hours in the two weeks before the event at the Children's Help Desk. 

Tickets will be available to non-residents the day before the performance if any are remaining.

Attendees MUST give 24 hour cancellation notice to allow others on the waiting list to attend.
