The Middletown Summer Concert Series Continues with funktion 11 at Croydon Hall

The Middletown Township Cultural And Arts Council and the Middletown Recreation Department Present a Sizzling Season of the Middletown Summer Concert Series. 

Generously sponsored by the Middletown Township Education Association (MTEA), this year’s series boasted an exciting new lineup of acts to perform four FREE, family-friendly, outdoor concerts throughout the summer season.

Join us August 9th from 7 to 9 p.m. for funktion 11 on the Croydon Hall Lawn located at 900 Leonardville Road in Leonardo. 

The 11 piece band, funktion 11, delights crowds with a combination of orginal music and cover songs from past to present injected with the band’s distinctive arrangements, horn lines and grooves. Influenced by a variety of musical genres and backgrounds, the 11 band members have blended musical tastes to create a unique sound and style. Influences include James Brown, Prince, Tower of Power, Michael Jackson, Kool and the Gang, Steve Wonder, Miles Davis, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Erykah Badu, Beatles, Jay Z, Marvin Gaye, The Funk Brothers, Jill Scott, Chicago, Maceo Parker, Clark Terry, Run DMC, EWF, Aretha Franklin, Al Greene, D’angelo and the list goes on and on...Visit www.funktion11.com for more information.
