Harry Potter Fans Gather as Boy Wizard Story Draws to a Close
They came, equipped with capes and wands, to Monmouth Mall's AMC Lowes Theater for a midnight showing of the final installment it the film series
As the clock struck midnight and a swelling moon rose full in the sky over Monmouth County, hundreds of fans, dressed in gowns, cloaks, mini-skirts and prep-school-striped ties, gathered like moths to a flame at the AMC Loews Movie Theater at the Monmouth Mall in Eatontown.
A special midnight showing of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, the new and final installment of the Harry Potter film series and phenomenon, was presented by the theater.
Patch correspondent Steve Rogers was on hand at the theater to hear all about Harry.
