PAPJC Art Show Returns to the MAC

The show will run from June 1 until June 15th

For the tenth year in a row, the Plein Air Painters of the Jersey Coast (PAPJC) will showcase their talent at the (MAC).

Featuring hundreds of artworks by members of the PAPJC, the show will run from June 1 through June 15 and will also showcase artwork by signature and artist members Marge Levine of Atlantic Highlands, Tony Migliaccio of Long Branch, Rae O’Shea of Kendall Park, and Judy Stach of Little Silver.

Working in the open air allows PAPJC artists to capture the unique colors and shimmering lights on canvas, effects that are greatly intensified when the artist paints under an open sky. The bulk of the show images are from New Jersey, with most of the artists painting landscapes and seascapes, with a strong focus on eastern Monmouth County. Artists also bring back canvases from vacation destinations from all over the country. Works are presented in oil, watercolor, acrylic and pastel.
