Middletown Students Eligible for $500 Scholarship

Newman Springs Dental Care of Lincroft is offering one $500 scholarship to a Middletown High School North or Middletown High School South graduating senior planning a career in health care. Students pursuing a career in medicine, nursing, dentistry, chiropractic, physical therapy and other related areas are eligible. 

This is the fifth year that the scholarship has been provided. Newman Springs Dental Care owner Dr. Mitchel Friedman presented the award to Christopher Garofalo at Middletown Township High School South’s award ceremony last year.

Scholarship applications have been sent to the high school guidance departments and are also available via email to scholarship@DrFriedman.biz

Applications must be received by April 17 to be considered. Winning applicants will be notified by mail or phone no later than May 1. Award certificates will be presented at a special ceremony at the dental office and at the school’s senior awards ceremony.  Award checks will be mailed directly to the institution of higher education upon verification of enrollment.
