Pallone to Celebrate Sandy Hook Opening to Public
On Wednesday, May 1, 2013 Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr., (NJ-06) will celebrate the opening of Sandy Hook for the first time since Superstorm Sandy at a ceremony held by the National Park Service
On Wednesday, May 1, 2013 Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr., (NJ-06) will celebrate the opening of Sandy Hook for the first time since Superstorm Sandy at a ceremony held by the National Park Service at 10:00 a.m.
After the storm, Congressman Pallone worked with the National Park Service to ensure that Sandy Hook was able to reopen as soon as possible. Pallone toured Sandy Hook last month to view the damage and progress, and he has helped secure over $37 million in federal funding for the park’s recovery.
