Sonicare Electric Toothbrush: proper use explained

Sonicare Electric Toothbrush.
This toothbrush is a rechargeable electric toothbrush that is both effective and easy to use. It has great features to improve good brushing habits. It is recommended to fully charge the sonicare for 24 hours after taking it home. After the initial charge you can use it for 2 weeks before needing to re-charge. It is also recommended to replace toothbrush heads every 3 months. The sonicare has a built in timer feature that will help pace you while you brush and will turn off after 2 minutes. The Quad Pacer feature will indicate to you while brushing when it is time to move to the next section or "quadrant." You have 4 quadrants in your mouth. So when brushing divide your mouth into 4 sections to allow for adequate brushing throughout the mouth -- making sure to brush the cheek side of the teeth, the palate/tongue side and the chewing surfaces.Instructions for use:To use the sonicare 1st apply a small amount of your toothpaste of choice onto the toothbrush bristles.Start in a corner of your mouth by placing the bristles at the junction of your teeth and gums, angling the bristles toward the gum line at a 45 degree angle. After you achieve proper angulation and placement turn the brush on and movethe toothbrush slowly tracing the teeth in one quadrant of the mouth. It should take you 30 seconds to brush one quadrant. You will feel the toothbrush pause to indicate it is time to move to the next section. Continue brushing until all quadrants of the mouth are brushed and the toothbrush turns off (2 minutes).
