Man Indicted For Allegedly Stealing Cash From Middletown Victim

Grand jury hands up formal charge in case against Bergen County man.

A Wallington, NJ man has been indicted by a Monmouth County Superior Court grand jury for allegedly stealing cash, in excess of $500, from a Middletown resident. 

Joseph Toth, 53, of Kossuth Street in Wallington is accused of the theft, which allegedly occured sometime between Dec. 20, 2011 and Feb. 13, 2012. 

In a separate matter on August 13, Toth was arrested on Middletown Police on charges of theft by deception and use of a stolen credit card. At that time he was released pending a court date.
