The Meadowlands Pet Expo in coming to the Meadowlands Expo Center at Harmon Meadows on November 16-18, 2012. The Meadowlands Pet Expo is designed to educate and entertain the public about the wonderful world of pets.


 


The Meadowlands Pet Expo has something for pet lovers of all ages! The show will offer many educational and entertaining performances, special attractions, hands-on-petting opportunities, pet adoptions, and outstanding holiday shopping for pet lovers and their pets.


 


There will be demonstrations in the dog arena, educational and entertaining reptile shows, the NJ Batman and the Bat Cave, birds, the North Jersey Aquarium Society and aquatic section, a petting zoo, pony rides and rescue and adoption groups and more.


 


Attendees are allowed to bring their well-behaved leashed pets. Have your pet’s photo taken for the holidays without photographer, Zap Photography. Enter the Pet Fashion Show and Costume Contest and participate with your purebred dog in out Parade of Breeds. You can have your dog tested for the AKC  Canine Good Citizen Award and have your pet microchiped for a discount rate. Check out the website, www.meadowlandspetexpo.com for the details.


 


The Meadowlands Pet Expo will be held Friday, November 16 from 4pm to 8pm, Saturday, November 17 from 10am to 7pm and on Sunday November  18 from 10am to 5pm. Admission is $12.00 adult and $5 children (ages 11 and under),  3 and under are admitted free. Oh, I am so glad to see that you are preserving history. My husband & I visited your town aRead More couple of weeks ago. My 9th Great Grandfather Thomas Whitlock is buried in the Old First Baptist Church yard. I was honored to stand on the porch of the home he helped build and lived in at Shoal Harbor. The name has changed to the Wilson-Seabrook House and now the Bayshore Activities Center. Wow! Too bad all the museum pieces were removed. I would love to have seen them.
