MONMOUTH BEACH YOGA & WELLNESS (MBYW) is hosting an event RESTORE THE SHORE WITH YOGA

Monmouth Beach Yoga and Wellness Center (MBYW) will be holding a benefit yoga class in observance of the first anniversary of Super Storm Sandy on Friday, November 1st at 7:15pm - 8:30pm.

It will be an hour and 15 minute class of restorative yoga and meditation taught by Mary Christensen for those affected and/or recovering from Super Storm Sandy. There will be beautiful live music by Yolanda Fleming for this class.

We are offering this opportunity to honor the strength of the Jersey Shore community over the past year. Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing and revitalizing practice that encourages rest and resets the body, mind and spirit. This class is appropriate for all levels, no prior yoga experience is necessary.

The $15.00 cost of this class will go directly to the "Restore the Shore" efforts which continue to rebuild and support the Jersey Shore communities after the devastation caused one year ago by Super Storm Sandy.
