MONMOUTH BEACH YOGA & WELLNESS (MBYW) will be hosting an "INVERSION WORKSHOP" with Dana on Saturday, October 5th from 1pm-3pm

OCTOBER 5th, 1pm-3pm, INVERSION WORKSHOP with Dana 

This workshop will guide even the most beginner yogi into his or her inversion. Starting from the most basic inversions, Legs up the wall and Rabbit pose, to some of the most challenging Asanas like Shoulder Stand, Head Stand, Hand Stand and Scorpion.

Students will work at their pace with focused individualized attention from Dana. Preparatory poses will be executed to gain the understanding of the importance of balance, strength, core, and overcoming fears, which are sometimes associated with inversions!!

Turning the body upside and bringing your head below your heart is an invigorating experience. Inversions help you face and overcome fears, sharpen the mind and strengthen the entire body! Questions will be answered; all levels of yoga practitioners are welcome!
