Yoga for Kids @ the Library

We will learn basic yoga poses and focus on flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and body awareness. Visualization and breathing techniques promote relaxation and focus. Group activities foster self-confidence and respect for others....all in a fun, creative and non-competitive environment. Not your Mom's yoga - this class will incorporate games, props, stories, music, and more!

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT OR A BEACH TOWEL.
