Middletown VFW Post 2179 is hosting a Beef & Beer Fundraiser to , son of John Casale and Dee Nappi, who has been battling cancer for nearly two years.
Proceeds will be used for a bone marrow transplant that is needed for Jason's survival.
Last month the VFW held a drive and no bone marrow donor matches were made. They're trying again, as Jason is in desperate need of the transplant and his condition is worsening.

All ages are welcome! Entertainment includes a deejay and chinese auction.
