Community Update

Will NEVER do business with them again. Recently my parents in their 70's purchased a TV cabinet from the Home Living store in Middletown. The cabinet arrived in TERRIBLE shape. The runners for the shelf were bent, one front leg was chipped and a back leg was crooked.
You would think that a $654 cabinet (before Tax and delivery) would get you better quality.

My 73 mother and 72 year old father returned the very heavy cabinet to the store on their own but were told sorry, too bad.
Then they were offered a $50 voucher (as if they would ever by anything from this store again). Finally after much complaining they were allowed to swap out for a less expensive cabinet (and the quality of that one is suspect).

When they asked for the difference to be refunded to them (they spoke Mark) he said no and then turned his back on them and walked away.

This is BS. Sounds to me someone didn't want to give back some of his commission.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
