Navesink River Home Sold for $2.7M

Home has 3,000 square feet of living space

A Navesink River Road home was sold for $2.7 million.

According to a realty blog on Patch, 24 homes were sold in Middletown for the week ending June 22, including 926 Navesink River Rd.

The home located off the Navesink River and not far from the Oceanic Bridge, had a closing price of $2,725,000.

The Navesink River home is on 1.74 private acres and is considered a “French-inspired home,” according to an interactive video tour. The home has views of Red Bank and the Atlantic Ocean.

There is a gated entrance to the main home that also has a carriage house with a two-bedroom apartment. The main home is brick and features more than 3,000 square feet of living space.

The master bedroom oversees a pool and cabana. There are two more bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, family room, kitchen and flower room.

The property has a 455-foot riparian grant as well as a boathouse.
