Community Development Grant Program for Middletown Residents

There will be a meeting at the Middletown Library on Wednesday, May 14 at 2PM to educate residents about the new Community Development Grant Program. The program, which will award grants of up to $25,000, seeks to help homeowners repair major parts of their primary residences such as heating, electrical, roofing, etc. Applicants do not need to have been affected by Superstorm Sandy to be eligible for the program.

The Community Development Department will be administering the grants. Applicants must reside in Middletown, be a homeowner who needs to repair a primary residence, and meet certain income guidelines (see below) to be able to apply. Applications for the program will be available at the meeting. Please call the Community Development Department at 732-615-2098 for more information or to request an application.
