Echoes of Erin - The best Musicians and Dancers Direct from Ireland!! in Lincroft -

Hello Folks,

Next Thursday evening October 10th at 7:30 PM in Lincroft, NJ at Christian Brothers Academy there will be an incredibly unique and wonderful music and cultural experience called Echoes of Erin. Among the performers are All Ireland champions, lifelong award winning musicians, touring musicians and dancers. Along with the pipes, fiddles and harps there will be traditional singing and award winning Irish dancers. Some of the dance performers are featured on the Irish dancing show pump up my dance.

Echoes of Erin 2013 presents variety of Irish traditional music, song and dance presented in an entertaining fashion while simultaneously providing an insight into our authentic Irish cultural traditions. A group of 13 musicians, singers and dancers from among the very top All-Ireland champions have been chosen to perform.

This concert is being presented by Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann and Claddagh Na nGael. (Irish Shore). All are welcome and we encourage families to bring the children for a unique experience in culture.

Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann was founded in 1951 and is one of Ireland’s most successful cultural movements with over 415 branches worldwide in 15 countries including the U.S. and Canada. From the Tour beginnings in 1972 in North America has grown a vibrant Comhaltas movement with 46 branches promoting the native culture of Ireland and forging strong links between this vast continent and the homeland. Thousands of Irish-Americans (and non-Irish) play and regularly listen to Irish traditional music and visit Ireland on a regular basis.
