Middletown – July 12… Today, New Jersey State Senator Joe Kyrillos’ campaign for U.S. Senate against Bob Menendez made public the results of its 2nd Quarter filing with the Federal Election Commission.
Putting Senator Kyrillos’ fundraising among the ranks of top tier incumbents and challengers alike for U.S. Senate seats around the country, the campaign revealed that it has raised over $3.1 million to date, including $1.3 million from April 1st - June 30th (2nd Quarter). The campaign reported approximately $2 million cash on hand.
"Bob Menendez has raised millions of dollars from special interests," said Kyrillos Campaign Manager Chapin Fay. "Oil companies, banks and Wall Street are all kicking in big bucks. And like Jon Corzine did in 2009, Menendez will have more money in this race. But no amount of money can explain away Bob Menendez's failed record on jobs and the economy. We are right on pace for Joe Kyrillos to have the resources necessary to get out his job growth message.”
I hardly know thee. I know you have been around a while, but I was just brought into your district this last election and never really got to know much about you then and I still don't know much about you now. Rather than put down the incumbent for his accomplishments (or lack thereof), why don't you tell us what you would do differently to effect needed change? I realize you are just one person, but don't reiterate the political spin that's going on and come up with much needed independent thought. THAT'S why I need to convince me to vote for you (or anyone else, for that matter). Thank you, A newly added constituent
Things are so bad that our government (USDA) is running commercials in Spanish urging illegal immigrants to apply for food stamps. They do not run any commercials in ENGLISH URGING CITIZENS to apply for food stamps. I am positive if I illegally immigrated (or even legally) to Mexico the Mexican government would not be giving me food stamps. Why are we giving food stamps to illegals? http://dailycaller.com/2012/07/12/usda-uses-spanish-soap-operas-to-push-food-stamp-participation-among-non-citizens-citizens/ Folks, American citizens are almost second class in our own country. I am tired of hearing the old nonsense that all illegals only contribute to this country. I will not even go into the drug trafficking and gang violence by illegals. If Kyrillos says he is the alternative to Menendez, what is his position on illegals?
Menendez who only answers calls and plea for help from hispanics. So who's the worst. The man who panders only to illegal hispanic and ignores all the legit residents????
Your morals and ethics are non-existent!!! We don't need you to represent the state. Matter of fact, I don't want you to represent my district anymore. Joe must go!!! http://openchannel.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2012/05/14/11690662-gov-christies-pension-issue-nj-probe-looks-at-running-mate-double-dipping
When it comes to being corrupt, there are many more reports on Bobby. Menendez is the reigning king of corruption. Your Menendez propaganda stinks. So why are you hiding? Are you ashamed to be affiliated with Menendez - that is understandable? I am concerned that Kyrillos has no position on illegals; but, I know Menendez’s position and he prefers illegals over American citizens.
I am not a Menendez supporter. I am one disgusted Republican---I am disgusted at those who failed to say something in there own county when it was wrong. If Kyrillos can't say or do something thats in his own home county, how can I or you expect to Joe to do the right thing on the state level in Washington. I am not blind--I see quite a bit! As for being ashamed...I'm ashamed at the Republicans right here in Monmouth County. This is the county (Monmouth) that brought you Operation Bid Rig (parts 1,2,3); Corruption at Brookdale CC and of course the pension fraud at the Monmouth County Sheriff's Department---again, what did Joe say??? Thats all I ask. I was brought up when you see something (wrong), you say or do something about it. Like previously said, his ethics and morals truly trouble me. But thanks for being concerned.
Google Bob Menendez Voting Record. Take ten minutes to see how he voted on issues important to you.
QUOTE>>> "Google Bob Menendez Voting Record. Take ten minutes to see how he voted on issues important to you" To who??? Really???? Hispanics legal and illegal are the only ones he really cares about. Born and bred NJ/USA citizens, he don't even answer your call. He's totally useless and disconnected on the real issues hurting the AMERICAN CITIZENS. We need to show this DemocRAT to the door. Kyrillo will do the job!!!
So let’s be clear about your point. You will clearly only feel this was as long as Republicans continue the practice of stealing from the poor and middle class to give to the rich. After all Beach View needs to continue to keep his/her pipeline of tax break money flowing to him/her so that him/her can keep that beach front property bought and paid for with Republican tax breaks to the rich....Yep Beach View we see you have no agenda at all to keep the money flowing to the richest thieves in the nation.
You must not have read anything because there's at least a hundred important votes dealing with education, crime, the economy etc. You are obviously fearful of non-whites. I pity your kind. Either join the planet or move to a bunker in Montana. This is America, and when my Italian ancestors arrived your ancestors probably spit on them. I have no time for your hate. I'm about progress.
John Smith started the first flood of "illegal" immigration in 1607. Not everybody came through Ellis Island and if you read your history, most of the southwest was Mexican. When my family came to America most, but not all, were legal. Some young italians jumped ship before landing in Ellis Island. They were called WOP (with out papers). I do not support illegal immigration. I am merely pointing out facts to ease the hateful, fear mongers that thrive on this site.
The Party of No nominated Joe, and millionaires donate dough. The 99% and common sense will prevail.
You know some of my distant ancestors came from Ireland and Denmark but what does that matter? I am a natural American, like my parents, and grandparents. Do not consider me an immigrant; this is not a nation of immigrants. I was born in America and so were my parents and grandparents. Only two of my great-grandparents were immigrants. I also support progress. I see that as a United States that stops trying to save and police the world and instead helps her own people. Why should illegals get food stamps when needy Americans are receiving less assistance or none at all? The illegals should receive assistance from their governments so more Americans can receive assistance from theirs.
