Northern Monmouth Parochial League Playoffs
Congratulations to division winners and good luck to the teams in the playoffs and Diocesan tournament.
Congratulations to St. Catharine Holmdel JV Boys 5th grade, St. Dorothea, Eatontown JV Boys 5th/6th Grade, St. Benedict Holmdel Varsity Boys 7th Grade, Immaculate Conception, Spotswood, Varsity Boys 7th/8th Grade, and St. Clement, Matawan, JV Girls teams on winning their divisions.
St. Rose of Lima, Freehold and St. Gabriel, Manalapan are in the finals for the Varsity Boys 8th Grade Division.
St. Catherine North Middletown and St. Gabriel Manalapan are in the finals for the Varsity Girls Division.

On Saturday, March 2nd, Saint Benedict, Holmdel 6th Grade and St. Gabriel, Manalapan, 6th grade will be competing in a third game of their series.
The series is currently tied and the game at 10:15 at St. Clement will determine the winner.

“This was a great season despite our difficult start,” noted Melissa Whelan Wisk who assists the league. “We had a hard time with scheduling due to some gyms being unavailable from the Hurricane but the parishes and schools pulled together and the children had a great season.”
Teams will be representing the Northern Monmouth Parochial League in the Diocesan Tournament starting next week playing against the Monmouth Ocean League for a chance to compete in the finals, Sunday March 10th in Trenton.
