Women In Sports Day Honorees

Mother Teresa Regional School Students, Meghan Craig, Dana McCulloch, and Grace Molloy were honored at Monmouth University Women in Sports Day.

It is fitting that during March, Women’s History Month, Monmouth University honor Women in Sports.  Three Mother Teresa Regional School students were recognized for their athletic ability, academics, leadership, and sportsmanship.  The students, Meghan Craig, Dana McCulloch, and Grace Molloy are all multisport athletes and leaders at the school.

Meghan plays basketball and softball for the school. She is also a competitive dancer.  As the Charity chairperson on the Student Council, Meghan leads the school in service projects throughout the year.  Dana plays basketball, softball and floor hockey at the school and is one of the school’s Ambassadors.  Dana also competes on a travel softball team outside of school. Grace is a cheerleader and plays basketball and floor hockey. As the vice president of the Beta Club, a national Honors society, Grace also helps to lead service projects at the school.

“We are very proud of the girls and the role that they play on each of their teams.  They were nominated by their coaches for the abilities on and off the field.” noted Ann Margret Duminski, president of Mother Teresa Regional Schools’ Athletic Association.
