Oak Hill Academy, in Lincroft has accepted an offer to become the local location for the Summer Institute for the Gifted (SIG). This is a program of the National Society for the Gifted and Talented which was created to enable and empower gifted, talented, and high potential youth, in the United States and aboard, to celebrate and maximize their unique potential.
The Oak Hill program will run from July 7 – July 24, 2014, from 8:45 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. (with before and extended care) and serve about 40-50 students ages 5-12.
Joseph Pacelli, Headmaster at Oak Hill Academy, comments, “We look forward to being added to the list of other highly recognized schools as a part of this very prestigious and worthwhile opportunity for the children here at the Jersey shore. We welcome the SIG staff to our campus.”
