Obituary: Kenneth DiGangi, 59, Beloved Husband, Devoted Father

Kenneth DiGangi, 59, of Middletown passed away suddenly on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013 at the Riverview Medical Center.

Kenneth was born on Aug. 4, 1954, in Fort Monmouth. He grew up in Keansburg, after completing High School he attended some college and then went to work on Wall Street as an options trader for 25 years.

He met his wife Anne Murphy and they were married for 25 wonderful years. Kenneth was predeceased by his father Frank. He was the beloved husband of Anne. The devoted father of his stepson William Priola. He was also the grandfather of his step grandson Angel. Kenneth was the adored son of his mother Dolores.

He was also survived by his siblings Michael, Jacqueline, and Mary. Kenneth’s mother in law was Ruth Murphy. He was also fond of his in-laws Diane, Claire and Carter Hall, and Jacqueline Murphy. Kenneth was also the cherished uncle of Jason and Kristal DiGangi, Jonelle and Jonathan Waite, Jonathan, and Julianne and Cristian Hall, and many more nieces and nephews.

Kenneth loved boating, enjoyed and loved all his friends dearly, he also was a very generous man to all his family. Kenneth especially loved his dog Kobe, and his cat Baby very much.

Kenneth will be reposing at the Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1735 Route 35 Middletown, on Monday, Nov. 11 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at 10:15 a.m. at St. Anne’s R.C Church in Keansburg. Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery in RedBank.
