Obituary: Theresa "Tess" De Lorenzo, 85, Formerly of Middletown

Theresa M. De Lorenzo, "Tess" 85, of Keansburg, NJ, died on August 24, 2013 in Keansburg, NJ. She was born in NYC , NY and lived in Middletown for most of her life. Theresa was a Homemaker. Tess was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many in Middletown. She was a Communicant of St Mary's Roman Catholic Church of New Monmouth. She was also a member of the Woman's Republican Club of Monmouth County.

Surviving are her husband of 66 years, Anthony "Tony D"  De Lorenzo of Keansburg; 4 daughters & sons-in-law, Sally and Michael Harris of Middletown, Angela and Craig Stratton of Tinton Falls, Donna and James Daly of FL, Deborah and Gary Herviou of Tinton Falls; son & daughter-in-law, Joseph and Goldie De Lorenzo of Clifton; brother, Philip Ciofalo of NM; 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 28, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday August 29, 2013 at 9:15 am at the funeral home. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered at 10:30 am at St. Mary's Chapel, 26 Leonardville Rd., Middletown. Entombment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Middletown.
