At least 10 public protest rallies will be held on Sat. Sept. 28th by StopFemaNow.com and affiliated citizens' groups from Massachusetts to Louisiana.  South Seaside Park and Toms River are 2 of them.  Let's pressure Congress to fix the wacky 2012 law that empowers FEMA to give us the shaft.  Details on the website StopFemaNow.com
