Arresting Update: DWIs and Drugs
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
arrested the following people on charges of driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia:
Stephen O’Rourke, 46, of Ridge Hill Way, Holmdel, was arrested on Dec. 20 by Patrolman Lawrence Seymour for driving while intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.
Justin Lewallen, 19, of Division Street in the Port Monmouth section was arrested on Dec. 20, by Patrolman Felipe Benedit for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.

Brian Timothy Clancy, 19, of Baldwin Avenue was arrested on Dec. 20 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham of the police department's Quality of Life Unit for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.
Daniel Pedalino, 21, of Buttonwood Drive, Marlboro, was arrested on Dec. 21 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham of the Quality of Life Unit for possession of under 50 Grams of marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

Christopher Burke, 19, of Radcliffe Drive in the Lincroft section, was arrested on Dec. 21, 2011 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and Patrolman Stephen Greenwood of the Quality of Life Unit for Possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.
