Arresting Update: Contempt of Court

The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

arrested the following people recently on contempt of court warrant charges:

Leoncio Lalvay, 44, of Newark, was arrested on April 19, by Cpl. William Kennelly, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Hazlet Municipal Court.

He was held on $100 bail.

Michael Fitzgerald, 27, of New Monmouth Road, Middletown, was arrested on April 18, by Patrolman Andrew Micalizzi, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Tinton Falls Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,120 bail.

Robert Leahy, 23, of Main Street, Englishtown, was arrested on April 18, by Patrolman John Mele, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Old Bridge Municipal Court.

He was held on $289 bail.

Chris Needham, 36, of Parkview Drive, Hazlet, was arrested on April 18, by Patrolman Ryan Riffert, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the .

He was released after posting $250 bail

David Matheny, 50, of Seaside Avenue, Keansburg, was arrested on April 17, by Cpl. James Keenan on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Union Beach Municipal Court.

He was held on $500 bail.

Allen Stenquist, 38, of Front Street, Union Beach, was arrested on April 17, by Cpl. Gerald Weimer on the charges of contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,500 bail.
