Arresting Update: Contempt of Court

The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

arrested the following people recently on contempt of court charges:

Mitchell Braikovich, 20, of Avenue A, Bayonne, was arrested on April 3, by Patrolman Richard Fulham, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Carteret Municipal Court.

He was held on $250 bail.

Raymond Schmidt, 33, of Laurel Drive, Highlands, was arrested on April 2, by patrolmen Brian McGrogan and Keith Hirschbein, of the Quality of Life Unit, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Highlands Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $80 bail.

Melody Taylor, 29, of Tenth Street, in the Belford section of Middletown, arrested on April 2, by patrolmen Keith Hirschbein and Brian McGrogan, of the Quality of Life Unit, on the charges of contempt of court warrants issued by the Atlantic Highlands and .

She was released after posting $1,500 bail.

• Gordon Rieger, 57, of Route 36, in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on April 2, by patrolmen Brian McGrogan and Keith Hirschbein, of the Quality of Life Unit, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail.

Robert Buckalew, 33, of Brainard Avenue, in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on March 30, by Patrolman Andrew Micalizzi, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Parsippany Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $300 bail.

Craig Dubois, 21, of Tindall Road, Middletown, was arrested on March 30, by Patrolman Andrew Micalizzi, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the New Gretna Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $264 bail.
