Arresting Update: Drugs, Theft, Fraud

The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department Records. It does not indicate convictions:

arrested the following persons on drug possession and other charges:

• Daniel Scragg, 21, of Kenneth Terrace East, was arrested on Dec. 23, by Patrolman Greg Buhowski and charged with theft and unlawful possession of prescription medication.

He was released pending a court date.

• Kristie Lepard, 21, of Kentucky Avenue in the North Middletown section, was arrested on Dec. 26, by Cpl. James Keenan and charged with possession of heroin.

She was released pending a court date.

• Erik Nilson, 20, of South Lake Drive in the River Plaza section, was arrested on Dec. 26, by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham of the Quality of Life Unit and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly persons offenses.

He was released pending a court date.

• Anders Carlson, 20, of Riverbrook Drive in the Lincroft section, was arrested on Dec. 26, by Patrolman Richard Fulham and Patrolman Stephen Greenwood of the Quality of Life Unit and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly persons offenses.

He was released pending a court date.

• Ryan Kelty, 22, of Bray Avenue in the Port Monmouth section, was arrested on Jan. 2, by Patrolman James Beirne and charged with obtaining prescription medication by fraud.

He was released pending a court date.
